Working with Sir Robert McAlpine, Sheens took an active role in the extensive reconfiguration,structural alteration and restoration and repair of this multi million pound redevelopment at this iconic London landmark which included the sympathetic conversion of 10 Grade II Listed Buildings into an exclusive Venue -5 Hertford Street, as well as adjacent high end restaraunts,bistros, shops, numerous pubs and nightclubs and hotels at the heart of Mayfair.
